Monthly Soundbath

Our monthly soundbath in March is going to be on the new moon in Pisces. New moon is a perfect time to dive inward, utilizing the natural support of the dark night to meditate, nourish and restore. 

Soundbath is the integration part our overall practice. Healing and regenerating are the cells natural instinct. Through soundbath, our cells are vibrating in resonance creating a reset for the body to heal. It allows our heart rate to settle, lowering our blood pressure and setting our brainwaves into delta and theta state. 

Register in advance to save your spot. Event is final. 

Vibrational Sound Therapy (One on one)

Vibrational Sound Therapy is a deep relaxation method using Himalayan singing bowls on body. The vibration from the bowls creates a resonance throughout our human cells, supporting our healing and overall wellness. This session is usually 50 minutes on table and 10 minutes consultation on the first session. Sessions are available at Yoga Love studio on Monday to Friday between 11.30am-3pm.

Privates

Private classes are available at Yoga Love. Private one on one or group setting. Classes can be curated based on individual or group needs. Email us at [email protected] for more info.

Frequently asked questions

First, read our class description to confirm the right class that fits you. Second, create an account and register online. Third, choose a package, a membership or a drop in. Bring a mat, towel and water. We have mat and towel rental, as well as drinking water and electrolytes to purchase at the studio. Come 10 minutes early to settle and introduce yourself to our instructors. Best to let the instructor know about your body and practice, and if there is any previous injury or condition.

Our classes are mostly heated, make sure to hydrate before class and last meal should be at least 2 hours before class. Don't forget to bring a mat, towel and water. Come on time so you can settle and not rush, get your body adjusted to the heat.
