This class is non heated. In this deeply relaxing class we will hold poses between 3-12 minutes at a time, aiming at releasing the “plasticity” in the body like ligaments, tendons and connective tissue “fascia”, releasing layers of physical and emotional tensions from all parts of the body. Yin yoga works with the meridians (Nadis) in the body, meaning all poses specifically target different energetic points where Chi moves and connects with your internal organs.
This class is accessible to all levels from very beginner to very advanced. This class is not “easy” and you will be challenged by staying motionless for extended periods and being in thoughtless breath throughout the entire practice.
