Heated Barre

Heated Barre is a hybrid fitness workout class using infrared heat - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required. Using weights, blocks, pilates ball and resistance bands.
