Hot Power Flow & Restore

A blend of yoga and calisthenics, the first half of this class aims at strengthening the muscles, developing endurance and better balance. Through a combination of yoga sequencing & breath plus core and muscle exercises, this class is sure to make you sweat and feel like your strongest self. The second half of the class will focus on holding poses 2-3 minutes at a time, relaxing the mind, restoring the breath, and inviting integration and relaxation.
