This unheated class is designed for beginner yogis (no experience required) who are interested in starting their yoga journey, as well as intermediate to advanced yogis who are looking to dive back into the basics of proper alignment.
This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of vinyasa flow, in order for yogis to nail down the basics, or to encourage confidence to try out the more advanced classes at Yoga Love!
