Upbeat Hour Fitness Pop-Up class

Upbeat Hour is a high energy fitness class that combines fun, upbeat movements that will help improve your mind-body connection, rhythm, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance! No dance background is required, and all levels are welcome! We jam to oldies and newer music, and will review the sequences prior to each song, with a goal to build muscle memory over time. Join us in this stress-relieving class where we will shake it, pop it, and groove it, while building a great sweat!
