This class is heated lightly on level 1. Focusing on releasing the tension in the body by approaching the asana effortlessly. We will hold each pose about 5-10 minutes. This class will give you an opportunity to practice your meditation. As we release the force, we are able to allow the body to soften and surrender. Slow it down and utilize this class to approach the counter balance in your practice. Rejuvenating and nourishing for your body, mind and spirit.
