Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. This 60 minutes class is performed in the infrared heated room with energetic music. Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat. It is designed for all fitness levels and is loved by men and women as a compliment to Hot Yoga! Hot Pilates uses a lot of variations and repetitions of Pilates core and back strengthening exercises alongside a variety of squats, lunges, and mountain climbers. Challenge yourself as you sculpt and energize your body.
