Soundbath is a meditation practice to help support deeper healing. This practice is known to sooth our nervous system, creating a deep relaxation for our physical, mental spiritual body. Our monthly soundbath is a 60 minutes session using a variety of instruments such as crystal bowl set, gongs, xylophone, chimes and many more. Our soundbath is intending to nurture our overall health and wellness. Please bring a mat/ padding, pillow, blanket, eye mask and water. Register online. Event is final, no cancellation.
